Delivery Locations
We currently ship to Australia only.
Estimated Shipping Times
Your order will typically be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on processing and transit times:
- Processing time: Generally the same day (order preparation, packaging, and dispatch)
- Transit time: 2–3 business days (courier delivery)
Note: Business days are counted from Monday to Saturday.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 10:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Note: Business days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping estimates may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, customs inspections, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of size, quantity, or weight. No hidden fees—ever.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
Missed or Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at Contact@velaoceania.com.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local courier or neighbours.
Please note: While Vela Oceania is not liable for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered, we are happy to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
Fulfilment Location
All of our products are sourced and shipped directly from Asia. This allows us to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring quality and craftsmanship in each item.
Additional Information
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/BFPO), or parcel lockers
- Delivery times may vary during public holidays, customs inspections, or seasonal peaks
